Greg Finch is a good friend and a successful executive coach, so he was the first person I thought of when I decided to do some podcasts about the value of personal coaching and the role it can play in our effort to promote brain health.
I am convinced that coaching can be a valuable boost to any brain health program. Even when we have a plan to keep our brains healthy, it is difficult to sustain the effort long enough to get the full benefits. This is when a coaching relationship can be most helpful. As legendary football coach Tom Landry said, (I’m paraphrasing) a coach's job is to help people to do what they have trouble doing so that they can become the people they want to be.
I think this podcast will be of interest to you if you are new to coaching or are already familiar with the multiple benefits of a dynamic coaching relationship.
